Seriously!
We've tried each and every restaurant in town (& in Coshocton County for that matter), and just deciding where to eat was getting to be a problem at times! Some places we enjoyed the food, but there was no real NICE atmosphere. Some places had some atmosphere, but to say the least, the food was very dissapointing. Some places had good food, but you'd probably end up getting shanked by a recently released inmate because you didn't play all country on the jukebox... And for some choices we made, (if not most) the service staff were un-attentive, or just not present until it was time to pony-up the check! Oh well, it MUST just be the way we are?- Let's OPEN OUR OWN PLACE!

Dear Grandma passed away, for you see-she was a Master Chef, and aside other things: she always instilled deep philosophy into us grand-brats! We think we could do better? Well, we're going to try!

Here at the Courtsquare Cafe', we keep a religiously clean restaurant (inside and out!) with immaculate bathrooms. Grandma always said she'd like to find a decent restaurant ladies "Throne Room" that would so nice, that she would like to take it home with her- "I would love one with a Waterford Crystal chandelier"! Hence our ladies bathroom has one!! (Enjoy, ladies!, Sorry guys!)

If you are out for a great time and having fun- we'll have fun with you!

We use only the freshest, and finest quality ingredients in our meals. We don't cook with artificial flavorings, chemicals, added sugar or added salt. We also have NEVER used trans-fatty acid oils in our deep frying or cooking techniques...WE ALWAYS KNEW BETTER! We will not take a cheap route in our quality standards to hustle a buck- meanwhile slowly killing off our customers!

We purchase our menu items locally from area farmers and Quality USDA approved vendors. We only use Pearl Valley® cheese, made locally in Fresno, Ohio.

We will also only serve, prepare, & sell to our guests food that we ourselves would eat- and be proud of!

We sincerely do our best, so you can enjoy the times you spend with us!

The Courtsquare Cafe, as a business, supports our Towne Centre Association, along with many other non-profit community groups.

WE MIND OUR OWN BUSINESS- WHICH IS A GOOD ONE

We really don't care about any other eating establishment except our own! We focus on our wonderful guests, and focus on what we can do for them to make their time with us a time well spent.

We do try to visit and thank everyone who dines with us, to see how we're doing, and how we can be better than what they expected- but on those busy nights- we're a part of the ones behind the scenes- cooking your food, washing the dishes, and cleaning those bathrooms!!

NOTICE: NEVER ASK FOR A MANAGER!

YOU ask to speak to an OWNER- for you see, we've had MANY a few ex-employees say they were a manager- we don't have any managers. Please let us know if ANY employee states they are a manager so we can bite their head off!

We simply exist for the adventurers, the avant garde...people who deserve to be treated like close friends...people who like to experience OUR kind of genuine hospitality, and experience OUR way of doing things...for the Courtsquare Cafe is different than everyone else...it's designed that way, it operates that way, and we KNOW it will unfortunetly not be comfortable for certain customer TYPES that visit us...
